Please review our general terms and conditions, particularly if you are a business. These outline your rights, our responsibilities, and key information regarding purchasing from us.
Installation
All installations must be completed by an experienced, approved engineer. We offer free installation on commercial equipment across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). If you choose not to have an installation, doing it yourself will void the warranty. You can still purchase a warranty package, but it will require a £165 + VAT pre-warranty inspection.
Commercial Service Contracts
Commercial machines come with a 12-month parts warranty, free installation, water filter, and delivery. However, any cost for ongoing technical support, servicing, or diagnostics to fix a problem is not typically included. Some products do include a labour warranty or service contract, so please check the product highlights and warranty tab.
For commercial models that only have a parts warranty, you can purchase a service package for ongoing support by getting in touch. Service is only provided at business premises, not homes.
Technical Support
Ongoing technical support is available through a paid service contract via our third-party partners. They provide nationwide support across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) with over 45 years of experience.
PSSR Compliance
A PSSR check is mandatory every 12 months to stay compliant with regulations. You can purchase a PSSR check package by getting in touch. More details on the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations can be found on the HSE website.
Delivery
Commercial equipment is delivered kerbside only, so please make sure you have someone with you to bring it inside. Installation usually takes place within 1 week of delivery. Please check the product description for further information regarding your brand.
Domestic equipment is sent via standard couriers. Please note our drivers do not have insurance to enter your home or business premises.
Standard Warranty
Consumer/Domestic (B2C) Equipment: 2-year parts and back-to-base labour warranty for home use.
Commercial (B2B) Equipment: 12-month parts warranty only. However, some products may also include a labour warranty - check the description and warranty tab on the product page. Service packages are available for ongoing technical support.
Returns
Consumer/Domestic (B2C) Equipment: Returns are allowed within 14 days as long as the box is unopened and the product is unused. If the product develops a fault within 6 months, you can request a repair, replacement, or refund.
Commercial (B2B) Equipment: Only covered by the 12-month parts warranty or any purchased service contract once the item has been delivered. Maintenance is the purchaser’s responsibility once the equipment is used (unless the product comes with a labour warranty or a service contract has been purchased).
Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable. You have a 30-day right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 & 14 day right to return under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
