Shipping

Depending on the brand, in-stock orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 1-2 days to ship. On rare occasions order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays. Usually if the time is longer than that (particularly for customised commercial machines), it will be stated so on the product page.

We guarantee the fastest processing and shipping times in the industry, along with the most responsive customer service, period.

Most products are dispatched on a next-day delivery service, although it usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order.

However, showroom visits or click-and-collect may be available for select brands – check the product page or contact us to arrange this.

Super-Automatic Machines – Does everything for you (grind, brew, froth); best for those who want a quick, hassle-free espresso.

Pod/Capsule Machines – Use pre-filled pods for easy, quick coffee; perfect for beginners who want convenience with no mess.

You get better grind consistency, more precise settings, quieter operation, and higher build quality - all of which lead to better-tasting coffee and more control over your brew.

We would recommend a bean-to-cup machine for beginners. These are easy to use, require minimal effort, and provide great-tasting, consistent coffee.

Most machines should generally be descaled every 1-3 months depending on water hardness and usage, but please check your machine's user manual for the best information. Regular descaling prevents limescale buildup and keeps your coffee tasting fresh.

In hard water areas or high-use settings, you will need to descale more often.

Traditional espresso machines should be cleaned thoroughly every day. Group heads, portafilters, and steam wands must be cleaned after each use to prevent coffee oil build-up and ensure consistent flavour.

Backflushing with detergent should be done daily, with a deeper clean and descaling every few months depending on water hardness and usage.

Bean-to-cup machines also need daily cleaning to remove coffee residue and milk deposits. Most models have automatic cleaning programmes, but parts like milk lines and brewing units may need to be manually cleaned or rinsed each day.

Descaling is usually required every 1 to 3 months, guided by the machine’s usage and local water quality.

This is just a guide. Check your machine's user manual for correct information for your machine. Neglecting regular cleaning can cause performance issues and void the manufacturer’s warranty.

In most cases, yes! Most machines work well with oat, almond, or soy milk, but barista versions froth better and give a creamier texture.

Just check the user manual for your coffee machine to make sure it is compatible.

Returns & Orders

You can cancel any order for a refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at support@stormcoffeesupplies.co.uk

If you would like to cancel your order once the order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy.

Please note that built-to-order, custom commercial equipment may require a cancellation fee if we have already started assembling the machine.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please do not accept the delivery.

If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send clear photos to support@stormcoffeesupplies.co.uk within 48 hours and we will immediately process a replacement or compensation.

To place an order online, click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout. Simply enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout.

If you require any customisation or would like a bespoke package, please get in touch with the products and services you are interested in, and we will create a custom quote for you.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

In most cases, these can be backordered and delivered as soon as they arrive in the UK.

An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.
