Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@stormcoffeesupplies.co.uk and we will process a replacement or compensation.

Some models have a "Get a Quote" button as they are modular and custom to each client. For these products, simply get in touch with the model you are interested in and we will create a custom quote for you.
