What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please do not accept the delivery.
If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send clear photos to support@stormcoffeesupplies.co.uk within 48 hours and we will process a replacement or compensation.
