At Storm Coffee Supplies, we ensure your order is handled with care and delivered promptly. Our clear shipping policy lets you know exactly what to expect.
Order Confirmation Process
After placing your order:
- Your payment method is pre-authorised, but not charged. This means your bank temporarily reserves the amount, but no money leaves your account until stock is confirmed.
- We check stock availability directly with the manufacturer of your chosen machine.
- If the machine is in stock, we complete the payment and arrange dispatch.
- If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we cancel the pre-authorisation and notify you accordingly.
Shipping Your Order
We aim to make delivery as smooth and transparent as possible – here is what you can expect:
- Orders are usually dispatched in 1-5 working days if items are in stock, with most products sent on an overnight delivery service.
- In most cases, delivery will occur 2-3 working days after your order is placed, but may take up to 10 working days depending on the product and supplier.
- Custom, built-to-order, or imported machines may take longer – up to 3-4 weeks. You will be informed in advance of any exceptions.
- For the most accurate delivery estimates or if you need delivery by a specific date, please check the product page or contact us before ordering.
- Tracking details (where available) are emailed or sent by text within 48 hours of dispatch. If not received within 5 working days, please contact us at hello@stormcoffeesupplies.co.uk
Delivery
Locations & Charges
- We currently offer shipping only within the United Kingdom; international shipping is not yet available.
- We offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £30. However, we may need to pass on a surcharge for remote areas, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Commercial Items
Please note that all commercial deliveries are made to the kerbside only.
- To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure you have someone with you to carry the equipment inside, as delivery drivers may not be insured to enter private properties or premises.
Damaged Items At Time Of Delivery
We encourage you to carefully inspect your delivery upon arrival.
- If you notice any damage, we recommend refusing the delivery of the damaged item(s).
- Should damage be discovered post-delivery, please send clear photographs of the damage to hello@stormcoffeesupplies.co.uk within 48 hours, allowing us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
