All work is carried out by fully qualified and trained engineers.

- Installation (free of charge for the vast majority of commercial espresso machines)
- On-site product demos (brand-specific)
- Professional descaling and cleaning
- Scheduled servicing and inspections
- Emergency call-outs and breakdown cover
- Replacement of wear-and-tear parts
- Maintenance and servicing plans
- Remote video technical support (via a smartphone camera)
- Site surveys
- Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR) inspections (must be carried out annually by a qualified engineer to remain compliant)
- Pre-warranty inspections for labour warranty packages (machines not installed by a qualified engineer)
