Coverage & Support

What Is Included as Standard

With most commercial machines, you will receive:

  • A 12-month manufacturer-backed parts warranty
  • Free delivery and professional installation
  • Free on-site basic training
  • Complimentary coffee beans

Please note that call-out visits / labour, ongoing maintenance, fault diagnosis, or remote technical assistance are not included unless otherwise stated.

However, many units already include additional labour warranties and/or service agreements - refer to the product details and warranty tab for confirmation.

Labour warranties cover call-out costs and the labour/parts for warranty-related issues. Service agreements offer ongoing maintenance packages, servicing, technical support, remote fault diagnostics, and more.

Extended Support Options

If your chosen machine comes with parts-only cover, you have the option to purchase an extended service package for continued technical support and maintenance.

These offer access to professional cleaning, servicing, diagnostics, and technical support during and beyond the initial warranty period. Contact us directly to discuss the right package for your setup.

For more information on what we can offer, see our dedicated page here.

Barista Training

We can organise comprehensive on-site barista training with an SCA-accredited instructor across most of the UK. For full details and to discuss your requirements, please get in touch.

Consumable Parts

Consumable and regularly replaced parts are excluded from warranties, including (but not limited to) shower screens, seals, valve components, elements, gaskets, solenoid valves, pump heads and other perishable items.

Professional Setup & Compliance

PSSR Certification & Legal Requirements

Any commercial coffee equipment featuring high-pressure boilers or steam systems exceeding 100°C must undergo an annual PSSR safety inspection. This is a legal obligation and must be carried out annually.

Machines such as espresso systems fall into this category, while many bean-to-cup models operating at lower temperatures typically do not. PSSR inspection packages can be arranged separately - please contact us for further information or visit the HSE website for detailed guidance.

Qualified Installation Required

To ensure safety and protect your investment, all commercial-grade equipment must be installed by a certified engineer. We provide complimentary installation for almost all commercial models we sell throughout the UK.

Please note that self-installation of the equipment will result in the warranty becoming void. However, warranty cover may still be available following a pre-approval inspection - speak to us about inspection options.

Cleaning

Daily cleaning is a core part of owning any commercial coffee machine, and it necessary to keep the system running safely, consistently, and within warranty requirements. In addition to your routine daily clean, manufacturers specify deeper weekly or monthly maintenance cycles, and it is important to follow these schedules to prevent build-up, protect internal components, and maintain professional performance.

Quality Control

Commercial machines are inspected and/or tested before they leave the warehouse or factory, so you may spot small traces of water or coffee. This is completely normal and simply evidence of pre-delivery checks.
