Service Plans & Commercial Support
Reliable coffee equipment depends on proper care. Our service contracts are designed to keep your machines running smoothly, minimise downtime and give you confidence that support is on hand when you need it.
Some machines only come with a parts warranty, meaning that things like servicing, ongoing maintenance, and labour aren't included as standard. This is where service plans come in, providing comprehensive coverage and peace of mind for every aspect of your equipment’s care if you don't already have an in-house team.
We offer flexible servicing options for a wide range of commercial coffee equipment, tailored to suit how you operate and the level of cover you require.

What Our Service Contracts Can Include
Service contracts can be built around your setup and usage, and may include:
- Scheduled servicing and safety inspections (e.g. PSSR)
- Preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns
- Emergency call-outs and fault diagnosis
- Weekend support
- Replacement of common wear-and-tear parts
- Professional descaling and deep cleaning
- Ongoing performance checks and adjustments
- Remote video technical support (via smartphone camera)
Whether you run a low-volume workplace setup or a busy commercial environment, we can advise on the right level of support.
Flexible and Practical
Some customers prefer a simple annual service, while others need full breakdown cover and priority response. We are happy to support both approaches.
Service contracts can also be combined with new equipment installs or finance packages if required, although ongoing servicing beyond the first year is often best handled separately to keep long-term costs down.
Equipment We Support
Our service contracts cover most commercial coffee setups, including:
- Espresso machines
- Coffee grinders
- Milk systems
- Hot water boilers
- Integrated tap systems
If you are unsure whether your equipment is covered, just ask.
Let Us Know What You Need
Every business is different, so we do not offer one-size-fits-all service plans. Instead, we work with you to understand your equipment, usage and expectations, then recommend a sensible servicing approach.
If you do need some inspiration, let us know and we'll send you some example plans for similar setups from past installations.
Get in touch and tell us what you are after, and we will take it from there.
