Burr Alignment & Quality Testing

Each grinder is individually tested by Acaia’s team to guarantee correct alignment, functionality, and grind quality. Using optical imaging software, they assess uniformity of grounds and carefully measure burr distances. Tolerances are kept exceptionally tight: less than 1.5 marks for Mazzer 33M burrs and under 1 mark for SSP Multi-Purpose burrs.
