7” Touchscreen Display

• Access every function with a simple touch. All machine information is clearly displayed, with step-by-step video guides for cleaning and troubleshooting. The interface can be fully customised, including display modes, backgrounds, images, videos, recipe names and drink icons.

Milk & Chocolate Specialities

• Prepare cappuccinos and hot, frothed milk drinks automatically. A gear pump feeds milk through the frother, while the patented MilkPS system allows individual temperature control and layered beverages. The CS version expands the menu to include coffee, hot milk and hot chocolate, including options using milk powder.

Soluble Hopper

• A single mixer with a split twin hopper provides greater menu flexibility. The S15 can be configured for coffee and soluble drinks without fresh milk, using milk powder instead.

Automatic Washing System

• End-of-day cleaning for coffee, milk and soluble circuits is fully automated, with on-screen video guidance. Hot water drawn directly from the boiler ensures fast, effective cleaning.

New Coffee Group

• A compact, metal-reinforced techno-polymer coffee group with a variable chamber, available in two sizes. The larger version holds up to 18g of coffee for richer extractions.

Bi-directional Telemetry

• Integrated Wi-Fi enables remote monitoring and two-way communication, including consumption data, cleaning history and error reports.

USB Port
